# Search and filter team members

> Find team members quickly using the search bar in BluBash and learn to read the status indicators that show each member's current state.

The Members page includes a search bar and status indicators that help you keep your team list accurate and easy to navigate. Use these controls whenever you need to locate a specific user or verify the current state of an invitation.

## Search by name, email, or role

Type in the search bar at the top of the page. Results update immediately and filter across **Name**, **Email**, and **Role** fields simultaneously.

<Tip>
  If you cannot find someone, check whether there is an active search term in the bar or whether their invitation is still pending confirmation.
</Tip>

## Refresh the list

Click the **Refresh** button (the circular arrow icon) to reload the member list with the latest data. Use this after adding, editing, or removing a member to confirm that your changes are reflected correctly.

## Understanding the status indicators

Each row in the Members list may display one or more of the following labels:

| Indicator        | Meaning                                                                         |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **You** | Identifies your own user account in the list. |
| **Owner** | Marks the account owner, who cannot be removed. |
| **Invited** | The invitation email has been sent but the user has not yet set their password. |
| **Member count** | Shows the total number of members currently displayed after any active filters. |
