Managing your training entries
View training entries: All added training items appear in organized lists by type. Each entry shows its current status: Processing, Trained, or Failed. Delete a training entry:- Find the entry in the list.
- Click the trash icon.
- Confirm the deletion.
Best practices
- Start with the basics — Add core company information, main products and services, and contact details or business hours.
- Be specific — Use concrete examples, detailed descriptions, and avoid ambiguity.
- Keep it up to date — Add new products and services as they launch, update pricing and promotions, and remove outdated information.
