BluBash provides real-time search and filtering tools so you can locate any contact in your database without scrolling through long lists. You can search by text across multiple fields at once, and combine search with filters for more precise results.

Search by text

Open the Contacts section

In the left sidebar, click Contacts.

Type in the search field

In the search bar at the top of the page, type any of the following:
  • Contact name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Any other related information

Review the results

Results appear automatically as you type. The search runs in real time and displays a counter showing the total number of matching contacts.
Text search is the fastest way to find a contact. It searches across name, email, and phone simultaneously, making it easy to locate a record even if you only remember part of the information.

Tips for searching and filtering

  • The search runs in real time — there is no need to press Enter.
  • Results update automatically as you type.
  • The counter at the top shows how many contacts match your current query.
  • You can combine text search with other available filters to get more precise results.
