BluBash lets you build your contact base manually so you can organize clients and streamline customer communication. When creating a contact you provide basic information such as name and WhatsApp number, and you can always enrich the record later with additional details.

Open the Contacts section

In the left sidebar, click Contacts.

Open the creation form

Click the + button in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Fill in the contact's details

Complete the fields in the form that appears:
  • Name (required): The contact’s full name.
  • Email (optional): The contact’s email address.
  • Phone (optional): A regular phone number.
  • WhatsApp (required): The WhatsApp number including the country code.

Save the contact

Click Create contact. BluBash saves the record and redirects you to the contact’s detail page.
Name and WhatsApp are the only required fields. All other fields are optional and can be filled in later by editing the contact.
After creating the contact you are automatically taken to their detail page, where you can add custom fields, tags, and any other information. If the WhatsApp number you entered is already registered to another contact, BluBash will display a conflict warning.
