Add campaign details
Fill in the basic information for your campaign:
- Name — How your campaign will be identified in the platform.
- Description — The purpose of your campaign. This field is optional.
- Sending speed — How many messages can be sent per minute.
- Send now or schedule — Choose Send now to start the campaign as soon as you finish the setup wizard, or choose Schedule to set a specific date and time to reach your audience.
Choose the sending channel
Select which connected channel will be used to send the campaign messages.
If you are using a WhatsApp Business API connection, you must use a Template message to ensure all messages are delivered successfully.
Define your audience
Use the filters to define the target contacts for your campaign. A live preview of your audience is shown on the right side of the screen.
- Labels — Filter contacts that have one or more specific labels assigned.
- Conversation status — Include contacts with open conversations, closed conversations, or both.
- Last interaction — Filter contacts based on when they last interacted on the platform.
- Field filter — Filter by contact fields such as name, email, phone number, or custom fields that meet a specific condition.
Compose the message
Choose and customize what will be sent to your audience.Templates and Quick RepliesUse templates or quick replies already saved in the platform. This option also supports sending images or files. You can personalize variables — such as name, phone number, email, or custom fields — with each contact’s individual information.Plain textWrite the text directly in the editor. You can use variables like name, phone number, email, or custom fields to personalize each message for its recipient.
Review and confirm
Check that all settings are correct before launching. Once you have reviewed the details:
- Click Save and start to launch the campaign immediately.
- Click Save and schedule if you selected the scheduling option — the campaign will run automatically at the date and time you specified.
Track campaign performance
After the campaign is running, you can monitor it in real time. View metrics such as how many messages were sent, delivered, and read, along with other delivery details.See Monitor and manage your BluBash campaigns for more information.
