When someone no longer needs access to your BluBash workspace, you can remove them from the Members page. The action is instant — the user loses access as soon as you confirm the removal, and any pending invitations they have are also cancelled.
Only administrators can remove members.
Open the Members page
In the left-hand menu, click Members and locate the user you want to remove.
Click the remove icon
Select the trash icon on the member’s row, then confirm the action in the dialog that appears.
Safety rules
BluBash enforces the following restrictions to prevent accidental lockouts:
- You cannot remove yourself.
- You cannot remove the account owner.
- You cannot remove the last remaining member of the workspace.
If you see a blocking message, check whether you are trying to remove the last user or the account owner. Add another administrator first, then retry the removal.
After removing a member
- The user loses access to the workspace immediately.
- Any pending invitations for that user are also invalidated.
