Once you have finished helping a customer and there is nothing more to address at that moment, you should close the conversation. Closing resolved conversations keeps your queue clean and ensures your team’s attention stays on interactions that are still in progress.

Open Conversations

Log in to BluBash and go to the Conversations menu in the left sidebar.

Locate the conversation

Find and open the conversation you want to close.

Click Close

Click the Close button in the conversation toolbar.

Enter a closing reason (optional)

If your team or department has configured closing reasons, select or enter the most appropriate one, then click Close to confirm.
