The Channels page includes a real-time search bar that lets you quickly locate any channel by name, type, or phone number. As your workspace grows, this makes it straightforward to find specific channels without scrolling through the full list.
Search for a channel
In the Channels page, locate the search bar at the top of the list. Type any of the following:
- Channel name — for example, “WhatsApp Sales”
- Channel type — for example, “WhatsApp”
- Phone number — for WhatsApp channels, you can search by the connected number
The list filters in real time as you type. You do not need to press Enter.
For WhatsApp channels, the search also matches against the verified phone number and the WhatsApp display name shown in the channel details.
Partial terms work — you do not need to type the full name or number to get matching results.
Refresh the channels list
Click the Refresh button (the circular arrow icon) in the top-right corner of the page to reload the list with the latest data. Use this after creating, editing, or deleting a channel to see the updated state immediately.
