Before you start
Navigate to AI Agents in the left sidebar, then click Create Agent in the top-right corner of the screen.Step 1 — Agent profile
In the first step, you define the agent’s identity and basic behavior.Enter the agent name
Type the name the agent will use when introducing itself to customers.Example: “Ana - BluBash Support”
Choose a purpose
Select the agent’s primary function:
- Sales — Lead qualification and deal closing
- Support — Technical problem-solving
- Customer Service — General assistance and routing
- Lead Generation — Capturing potential customers
Set the tone
Choose the communication style the agent should use:
- Formal — Professional and corporate language
- Normal — A balance between formal and casual
- Casual — Light and friendly language
Describe the behavior
Write a description of how the agent should act in conversations.Example: “Be cordial and empathetic. Ask questions to understand the customer’s needs and direct them to the correct team.”
Step 2 — Company information
Provide details about your company so the agent understands the business context.Describe your company
Add a detailed description of your business, products, and services.Example: “A technology company specializing in customer service solutions via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.”
Step 3 — Review and create
Review all the information you’ve configured before creating the agent.
From the detail page, you can add training, configure skills, and adjust settings before activating the agent.
Recommended next steps
After creating your agent, complete the following before activating it:- Add training — Teach the agent with business-specific information.
- Configure skills — Define actions the agent can execute automatically.
- Adjust settings — Customize behaviors like emoji use, response splitting, and topic restrictions.
- Test the agent — Simulate conversations to validate behavior.
A newly created agent is inactive by default. You need to activate it manually after completing training and configuration.
