Quick messages are a library of pre-written texts that you can access and send during any conversation without having to retype the same content for every customer. They are ideal for standard responses you use frequently, helping you respond faster and maintain consistent communication across your team. Common examples include:
  • Agent or company introduction.
  • Opening question (“How can I help you today?”).
  • Useful information such as payment methods, bank transfer details, address, or business hours.
